Busy bee!

I must apologize.  It has been a while since I have blogged and it not because of a lack of photo taking.  A lot has happened in the last month and a half so please forgive me!  My friend Zeke and I have been working on www.Automotive-Styles.com and so far it has been a great success!  The majority of my photography has been geared towards the automotive industry recently and it looks like it will continue in that direction.  The Pebble Beach Concours and SEMA are right around the corner and will be here before we know it!  We have been covering tons of events and keep adding more and more to our calender.  PLEASE go visit www.Automotive-Styles.com to see what we have been up to and PLEASE "like" our fan page on Facebook to keep in touch!  Right now we are holding contests for the premiere of the documentary SENNA in Los Angeles so hurry up!  This blog shall continue but minus the automotive stuff so go join the AS family to keep up with that.  I will try to keep this blog as active as possible and could use some help coming up with ideas for content so let me know what you would like to see!

Since I have been depriving all 9 of my lovely followers, here are a few pics from the fun stuff I have been doing recently!  As always, enjoy!

Tioga pass (hwy 120) took forever to open this year because of MASSIVE amounts of snow.  I made a day trip to Yosemite on the day the pass opened and had a blast.  Tuolumne Meadows was more of a lake almost making Lembert Dome into an island!

Yosemite Falls was spectacular.  This photo does not show it but the Merced River was AT capacity and so was the park.  No parking and hours worth of traffic.  I actually was parked in the middle of the road and got out to take this picture.

My best model friend Zuki came out for a quick visit and we did several photoshoots at totally improvised locations down by Camp Pendleton.

Zeke and I have been regulars at Adams Motorsports Park in Riverside for the last month now.  If you want to learn how to drift or race, THIS is the place!

Ken Block showed off his mad gymkhana skills for the first lucky 1000 fans at Dodger Stadium to help pump up some excitement before X-Games 17

I hope you like carbon fiber because the Pagani Zonda R is nothing but it... This is the first time I have ever seen a Zonda (or any Pagani...) and I have a feeling there won't be many other times that I will get this lucky.

Last but not least, Automotive-Styles.com was invited to the American debut of the Pagani Huayra (pronounced wai-rah).  Let me also introduce the mastermind behind the Pagani name - Horacio Pagani himself!  Iw ould have done an interview but unfortunately one of the requirements to be a supercar builder is that you only speak Italian! ;)This is #1 of 12 built for sale in the US and has a price tag of $1,400,000.  It has the AMG tuned twin-turbo 6.0liter Mercedes V12.  Horacio says that he wanted the car to mimic a powerful airplane during takeoff and with 700 horsepower and 644 pounds of torque he might have reached his goal!  This car is impressive on a whole new level and seeing it in person is really the only way to understand!
